This post is designed to talk about our best investment, which has been our build to rent investment.
As many of you know, the foundation of our membership is the cashflownaire principles which were created by one of our mentors, Rob Minton. Recently we sat down with Rob for an episode of his Cashflownaire podcast to discuss an investing strategy that my brother and I have been utilizing for years. It’s the build-to-rent strategy. Essentially, instead of buying rental properties, we build them ourselves. Truthfully, we never looked at this strategy as being all that interesting or unique, until Rob convinced us that it was lol. And that he wanted to do a podcast on the topic.
